What We Do:

• We harvest Coconuts from our farm and also, procure Coconuts from farmers, in and around Pollachi, Tamil Nadu, (famously known as the “Coconut Capital of India” due to its ideal climate and fertile soil, which produce some of the finest coconuts).
• The Coconuts are de-husked using machines and broken, before drying inside Solar Dryer to obtain Copra (Coconut Kernel). Inside Solar dryer, automatic sensors control heat and moisture to ensure that no fungus is formed on the coconut surface, and these coconuts are dried without use any chemicals.
• After drying, we segregate and select the high grade Coconut Kernels for Oil extraction, using traditional wood chekku machine (Cold Pressed). Thus maintaining the natural smell and taste.
• Extracted Oil are stored in Stainless Steel vessels and Sun dried, and naturally filtered. Now, the clear oil is transferred for packing as required in a clean and hygienic environment.
